3d/2d Construction of Electric toothbrush System Solidworks or similar

For a client we need the construction of a electric System very similar to a toothbrush system in 3d and later for 2d construction drawings for injection moulding, casting etc. System consists of Standard Industry Electric Motors, Pumps, Controllers and USB Charging unit as well as a finished ouside shape from an Industry Designer. We need an Engineer that can put all parts together in a CAD System and that can help in Industrialising the clients product. Solidworks or similar skills required and understanding of production methods in consumer product manufacturing.
