Clean up scan .stl into cad model .stp .igs

I have a scan of a plastic handgrip , i need it conveted to a CAD model .stp etc. its a simple geomentric platic part and has no free form surfaces so it should be very easy to convert. PLEASE do not bid if you have never cleaned up scan data before and the best bid under $50 will be accepted. should be finished by sunday
