Cad design for robot wheels and chasis

Hi i am building four wheel robot and i need precise design of wheels and chasis on cad drawing so that it can be given to cnc machine.
1-i will give wheel diamensions and chasis dimension and other necessary information
2-from this information cad drawing need to be prepared
3-review of the drawing will happen
4-cad files compiled for cnc machine need to be created
Project may need 2 to 3 iterations it will be good if the person who takes the project should be from Bangalore .further details can be discussed on personal meeting
