CNC-Ready 3D CAD Models

I need detailed 3D CAD models for parts that will be CNC plasma and laser cut, and welded. These models are for manufacturing purposes. I want to reverse engineer an existing fishing trawl door to be able to alter and manufacture

Requirements:
- Steel parts
- Individual part sketches
-Complete parametric 3d model

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software
- Experience with CNC machining processes
- Knowledge of steel fabrication and welding
