CNC-Cut Inserts for Shadowing Tools (foam)

I'm looking for someone that can take a 3d image and use it to cnc/laser/etc cut foam for a toolbox liner. Essentially, the 3d image will be of the tools, in there perspective places on top of the foam I want cut.
