CAD designer to convert SketchUp models into solid CAD models and technical drawings for manufacturing

I have designed a loudspeaker and am planning to have the panels of the cabinets CNC machined. My designs are done on SketchUp Shop and I can export these models, but the software’s limitations doesn’t offer technical drawings or tools to ensure models are ‘solid’.
