CAD Design - Hearing aid test enclosure - STAGE 1
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We require a design of an enclosure and mechanism for a hearing aid tester.
Basically, the silicone ears are stored within the enclosure (see attached).
When required, each ear door can be lifted from the enclosure 90 degrees and rotated 180 degrees clockwise. NOTE :The user should not be able to rotate anti-clockwise.
The mechanism should provide space for 5mm cable that runs through the ear canal to the enclosure.

Requirements
- CAD file compatible for 3D printing and Autodesk Fusion 360
- rounded corners
- water-resistant (so it can be used outdoors)
- we will provide dimensions of the ears and enclosure
- will require the design of the mechanism/hinges - however, if you are able to find and use existing parts that would be preferreed.
