3D CAD DESIGN (solidworks to 2d design) - with BOM and pictures

I have a dwg 2d cad design of a padel field structure (already installed), I have also pictures and a BOM (i'll send it). I need a complete 3d cad design with solidworks and 2d drawings with quotation.
we are going to help the designer with more information for this project.
We have also a prior list for some parts of the project
