CAD/CAM desing and nesting for CNC production

We are manufacturer of climbing holds from plywood, our project consists of 2 problems we need to solve.
1. we 3D scan our hand made products we get stl./obj. files. These parts have to be adjusted and split for machining size.
2. we need to desing new products in CAD and then put it into CAM for CNC machining.
Our products require nesting on 1250x1250 boards.
