Bottle Capping Solidworks Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want to design a bottle capping machine using Solidworks. The 3D design is very simple, because I don't want the details that companies want, it is just for testing.
How system works:
1st: Bottles move through conveyor belt.
2nd: Bottles enter a rotation disc for capping.
3rd: Above the rotation disc there is a pneumatic cylinder (that has a rotating motor) for tightening the cap.
4th: Bottles continue to the conveyor belt.
5th: At the end of the conveyor belt, there is an incline plane (30 degrees).
The parts that should be assembled:
1- conveyor belt
2- rotation disc
3- Pneumatic cylinder
4- Incline plane
I attached a hand sketch for the design, (ignore the geneva mechanism)
