Biodesign Engineer

I would like to hire the mechanical engineer who can design the inflatable / deflatable balloon which can sense the pressure gradients at the entire balloon surface differentially and then output that information in the 3D fashion, so what part of the balloon surface (e.g right, left, proximal, distal, top, bottom ) have high or low pressures and then able to inject semiliquid into the areas which has high pressure
