Battleship Silhouette in SolidWorks
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I need a SolidWorks part and DXF sketch of the USS South Dakota battleship based on a provided PNG. This will be used for a laser-cut silhouette out of 0.5" mild steel.
Requirements:
- Correct scale: Length must be 19.5' (234") long. This will drive the other features.
- No features smaller than 0.5".
- Include only details from the provided image (gun turrets, superstructure details, float plane).
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in SolidWorks.
- Experience with DXF file creation.
- Knowledge of laser cutting and metal fabrication.
- Attention to detail for edge cleanup.
It will only need to be the top picture or silhouette in the attached image (the side profile). The solidworks part must be the sketch with the base extruded 0.5". No colors are needed.
