Automotive Belt System Bracket Redesign -- 2
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am in need of a professional to redesign brackets for my Automotive Accessory belt (serpentine) system. The intent is to substitute the original accessories with ones more common and in a simpler design.
The redesigned brackets should be created using SolidWorks or Fusion360. Having experience with the software and familiarity with automotive systems is highly considered for this project. I’m providing digital scans of the original components (alternator, power steering, belt tensioner, and baseplate), as well as the new alternator and tensioner to use in the design.
In terms of mounting locations, the original cast base plate should mount to the existing location with the intention of being inline with the drive pully (not provided but can be estimated from plane of other pulleys). There are some spatial constraints inside the engine bay that will need to be considered.
