Automated Momo Sheet Roller Cutter
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a compact, fully-automatic system that can take fresh maida dough, roll it into consistently thin sheets, then cut those sheets into uniform momo wrappers at a pace of well over 200 pieces per hour. The two steps—rolling and cutting—must be integrated so the dough feeds straight from the roller to the cutting station without manual handling or re-dusting.
Key points I want to see addressed:
• Sheet thickness and wrapper diameter should be adjustable on the control panel, allowing quick change-overs for different momo sizes.
• Dough handling surfaces must be food-grade stainless steel or an equivalent hygienic material, and easy to dismantle for cleaning.
• Target throughput is 200+ wrappers per hour under continuous operation with minimal dough waste.
• Drive, sensor and safety components should use readily available parts; PLC or microcontroller control is fine as long as settings are simple for kitchen staff.
• Final deliverables: complete mechanical drawings, electrical/control schematics, a bill of materials and a brief operating/maintenance guide. A short video or simulation demonstrating expected performance will help me confirm the concept before fabrication.
