Assembly Optimization Tool Design

I need a design for an assembly helper that will prepare a nylon textile piece and an ABS plastic part for sewing. The goal is to fold the part into place without creating lumps, optimizing the time required for this preparation. 3 variants of components (deviation in some dimentions).
