Assemble House from Container 40’ using Solidworks
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Scope
Using the Solidworks assembly file of a 40 ft container I provide produce the following deliverables:
1. Container Parts Documentation:
1.1 Part List: A detailed inventory of all components, specifying materials, dimensions, and engineering drawing pdf (see example illustation provided in jpg to follow.)
1.2 Visual Representation: Assembly drawings and 3D models illustrating the arrangement of parts and their relationships.
2. Container Variations and six units assembly:
2.1 Modified Container Designs: Two variations of the original container design, achieved by removing:
2.1.1 a. One side
2.1.2 b. Two sides
2.2 Assembly of six containers: Using six containers (four with removed one side and two with removed two sides) Design the assembly hardware to assemble 6 containers ( 3 on top 3on the bottom). Consult/discuss about the kind of interconnecting structural beam components will be used in the assembly design for floor and ceiling joins.
