3D Arm Cast Design for 3d printing

I'm looking for a skilled 3D designer to create a cast for arm prototyping purposes. The cast will be based on human body scans.

Requirements:
- 3D design of an arm cast
- Should be lightweight and durable

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D design software
- Experience with 3D modeling for prototyping
- Must have knowledge on fusion 360, solid works or blender.
