solidity contract writing

We are launching Solidity blockchain contracts. We are looking for support from an experienced coder in Solidity.

You will need to assist us to:
- create contracts,
- create rules and criteria including: re-assigning funds to wallets automatically, allowing max 2 transactions per transaction.

We are first going live on Polygon network.
Later, we will create a contract for solana and ethereum.
