We need a website where it displays our current NFT collection

We need a website where it displays our current NFT collection. We will own NFT’s across a range of different platforms such as Opensea, Rarible and SuperRare. When we purchase the NFTs from the platform, we want the NFTs to automatically upload on our website for users to view what NFTs we own.
Users need to be able to click the NFT on our website and it will display the stats such as:
Price History
Past Listing Prices
Current Offers
