I need a Solidity smart contract developer for a NFT project

I need help with implementing a solidity contract where, once a user purchases an NFT, then 1% of the RESALE value(the second time the same NFT is sold) goes to a different wallet.

Also trying to airdrop NFT to users' wallets.
