I need an ERC-20 token with smart contracts

Hello, I am looking to make an erc-20 token with some transaction taxes. I will need a couple smart contracts as well. Total supply 30M. I want a 5% buy/sell/transfer fee. From that 5%, I want 20% to be disbursed to token holders holding .001% or 30,000 tokens weekly, I want 10% to purchase and burn. Looking to get this done ASAP, please share your price estimate in your proposal as this is a huge component to choosing who I will work with. Thanks!
