create 2 smart contracts

the project need the creation of 2 smart contracts:
1. creation of an erc20 token called thetis (THT) with his custom logo, an initial supply of 10.000.000 and 4 decimals
2. creation of a form (attached you can see the mockup) that generates smart contracts and related functions according with the info inserted by the user. The smart contracts generated will follow THT smart contract as main contract and submit button will send them to metamask extension for deployment.
