Work on an NFT & Web3 development project

I am looking for someone to work on a growing NFT project (+44k members on Discord).
We are looking for a developer who has experience and skills in Solidity + web3 integration, and is able to translate English requests into code.
Smart-contracts have already been created to mine all our NFTs (11,100 NFTs). I am looking for a new developer (to work with the 2 current developers) to help us merge with our NFTs. This means that holders will be able to customize their NFT by choosing their favorite traits from their NFT and placing them on another.
We need someone who is versatile. The tasks are very diverse, so you don't have to be stuck on one programming language: you have to be "resourceful".
