View Solidity Code and tell me if it is malicious and what it does

I have some code I would like reviewed thats written in solidity. if you could please tell me what it does and if it is safe to deploy it would be appreciated!
It is only 542 lines. I would like to know what data it is collecting and if it will ciphen all the money from my wallet.
