Split large smart contract 1

Hello.

I have two smart contract files but they are bigger than 24KB. So I am going to split them into 2 or 3 files so that each one can be smaller than 24KB.

If you can do this, please feel free to bid this project.
This is easy work for you if you are a solidity expert.
