Solidity smart contract

smart contract using solidity that will let userA send a payment, let in hold, and when the userB confirm the payment and userA confirm he received the file too, then the payment will go to userB and part of it (our fees) will go to our account, and also it should be able to differentiate based on the payment request id so we can run the contract for different users at the same time.
