Solidity contract interaction -- 2

I need help getting a Solidity contract to interact with its own Uniswapv3 pool. A basic prototype that would be something I could then build upon.
I would like to create 2 ERC-20 tokens on testnet (e.g, tokenA & tokenB on Arbitrum), create a uniswapv3Pool for them, then have a 'tradecontract.sol' on this testnet that would allow a user to
1) send A for B,
2) B for A,
3) post a range, and
4) remove a range.
