Solidity Smart Contract programmer(s) for NFT Marketplace (backend only)

Hello,
We are a small start-up looking to develop a NFT marketplace-like web application. I am already working with a company for the application front end. The things I need from you as a smart contract developer are:
-Login as user with metamask and other hot wallets, same as on OpenSea for example (at least metamask + 1 more option)
-Functionality to post NFT`s for sale onto the website. Only selected users can post art pieces. We are an nft gallery, not marketplace, so only admins and artists we give permission to should be able to post.
-Crypto payment method with option to buy directly and bid functionality (optional on every art piece).
-We accept cash (fiat) payments as well and we are looking for solutions for transferring the art piece to the buyer automatically even if he pays cash, outside the smart contract.
-As I mentioned previously, we are already collaborating with a team of front end / unity devs and we need your code to be integrated into the website by them, so communication between you and them is also a necessity.
-We need you to agree to sign an NDA.
-We appreciate frequent feedback and good communication skills.
We will be in constant need of a Smart Contract dev for future developments of the application, so a smooth and professional collaboration for this task will definetely solidify a long-term partnership.
