Solidity Smart Contract - Token Rewards, erc20

Overview: We need a contract in which people buy our token that we will be creating and as a reward for holding they receive ERC20 $MANA but without high gas fees.

SPECS:

- Determine method to send $MANA (erc2) Cheaply to Holders
- Send $MANA (erc20) hourly to token holders

$MANA is only erc20 and gas on eth makes rewards pointless because it costs too much
