Solidity Developer for ERC-20 Token Creation

I am looking for an experienced Solidity developer to create a fully functional ERC-20 token smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain. The project requires a secure, efficient, and fully self-contained contract that adheres to the ERC-20 standard, including optional features such as minting and burning.
Project Requirements:
Create a self-contained ERC-20 smart contract with no external dependencies required (optional OpenZeppelin usage is acceptable if justified).
Include core ERC-20 functionalities: transfer, approve, transferFrom, allowance, balanceOf, totalSupply.
Implement minting and burning functionalities restricted to the contract owner.
Include events: Transfer and Approval as per ERC-20 standard.
Ensure security best practices (protection against overflows, zero-address transfers, etc.).
Optional: Include metadata such as token name, symbol, and decimals.
Provide deployment instructions and brief documentation on usage.
Deliverables:
Solidity smart contract file (.sol) ready for deployment.
Brief documentation describing the contract functions and how to deploy/interact.
Optional: Recommendations for integrating with wallets, exchanges, or DeFi platforms.
