Solidity Dev Needed to Build Fee-Wrapping Proxy on Base

I'm looking for a Solidity developer to build and deploy a proxy smart contract on the Base network. The contract should wrap swap transactions, inject a micro-fee, and forward trades through aggregator-compatible logic (e.g. 0x, ParaSwap). Permit2 integration preferred, and optional wallet rotation functionality is a plus. This is a backend-only build — no UI, no branding — focused purely on smart contract efficiency and routing. Ideal for devs with experience in DeFi tools, proxies, and stealth infrastructure.
