Smart contract - tx bundling

Hi,
I need a coder who can write a smart contract running (first) on Polygon to bundle and execute a chosen number of swaps through a chosen dex/aggregator from different addresses in one transaction. Details will be shared in DM.
Another feature that is necessary is to be able to send funds from different addresses to one address in one tx. Like multi-send, only the other way around.
Ideally, this should work on different networks, e.g. ETH, Polygon, Avalanche, Fantom, others. But this is still open, depending on technical possibilities and costs, so please consider this separately.
Possibility of long-term cooperation, as there are other projects in the pipeline.
