Smart Contracts for RWA Tokenization

We're building a Web3 real estate tokenization platform and looking for an experienced Solidity developer.

Scope includes:
ERC-721 for property ownership NFTs
ERC-1155 for fractional ownership tokens
ERC-3643 for compliance, KYC/AML, and transfer restrictions

Requirements:
Solidity (0.8+), Hardhat/Foundry
OpenZeppelin libraries
Gas optimization and upgradeable contracts
Role-based access control and event design
Ethereum & Sepolia deployment experience

Experience with RWA, DeFi, NFT marketplaces, and security audits is a strong plus.
