I need a smart contract with following rules. Please give me an exact price.
1) it should be a purchasable token that can be launchend on binance smart chain
2) should have 2 rounds of whitelist each lasting 90 seconds at launch
3) it should have function to add wallets to whitelist for the above mentioned two rounds. (or I can input wallets manually in some array in the contract)
4) Should have Trading enable/ disable function - so I can turn it on or off
5) Should have customizable buy and sell tax.
6) should have option to turn off Sells.
