Smart Contract - Ethereum NFT Project

Need a developer to write the code for an Ethereum based NFT mint.
The mint will require 2 phases. First phase being whitelist only, from a list of predetermined Ethereum addresses, and the second being a public sale.
Wallets will only be able to mint 2 NFT's per address, so precautions will need to be in place for any work arounds.
