Skilled Solidity/web3 Developed needed to write custom contract/solution

Hello, so I’ve noticed that in our token contract, the "the exempt from fees" function only applies only to senders. We opened staking pools and due to this issue, when anyone wants to deposit their tokens into the staking pool, they are taxed. We have thought of an idea that might solve the issue. We need a skilled developer who can write a custom contract or come up with a solution for this issue if our idea doesn't work.
