Senior Blockchain Developer for complicated DAO project -- 2

I'm looking for a Senior Blockchain Developer to help me with a complicated DAO project . This is a long-term project, and the skill set I need for this project is Solidity. Ideally, the developer will have an extensive background in working on blockchain projects and be able to handle any programming challenges that may arise. The developer must also be a great communicator and able to explain, in detail, the process they used to achieve the set goals.
The developer should have enough experience in DAO and vault contracts. Also the developer should be able to understand the complicated whitepaper. If you have experience in ERC-4626, this will be huge great.
