Safemoon/Shiba Clone

Hi guys,
I need a BEP20 contract which to some extent will be a fork of Safemoon/Shiba that does the following:
1. Tokens amount is 250,000,000
2. Token name will be”myTokenName”
3. Token symbol “MTN”
4. 18 decimals
5. 5% buy
6. 10 % sell tax
7. Taxes are split:
1. 45% goes to liquidity
2. 45% goes to reflections
3. 10% goes to owner address (dev).
8. Reflections:
1. Reflections will be in BUSD.
2. I want to be able to change the reflection token only by contract owner(me) with an external function.
3. Reflections are made only to those who hold 30,000 tokens or more
1. This may also be changed with an external function by owner only(so maybe later I would like to change it to 70,000).
9. About the 10% split tax that will goes to owner address.
1. The address should be able to change from an external function by owner, so I'll be able to change it to different address if I wish to.
10. Contract should be fully customable. I should be able to decide if I want to remove buy tax->0%, sell tax, owner tax and so on.
11. The contract should be fully documented
12. The contract should contain commented testing addresses (if I wish to test it out)
13. All ERC-20 mandatory functions/libraries should appear & used (balanceof, SafeMath, Address, contract Ownable is Context for-> renouncing stuff and so on)
