Need deflationary token with % of tx gets burned until a certain minimum supply level has been reached. Token will have crypto assets in smart contract that the token will be pegged to for valuation.

Coin must exempt owner and dev address from fees
Must have renounce ownership function
Must have no back doors or security issues
