Need to design a telegram airdrop bot for crypto project

Functions:

1.Tier1 and tier 2 referral link for affilites
2. multi-language
3.User should be able to fill out BSC or /other address(editable)
4.Get Referral link to invite users and get a reward
5.Social Functions:Facebook Like/Share，Twitter Follow/Retweet
6.Bot sends welcome message with aidrop tasklist. 
7.balance check for earned tokens or even commissions

Admin Can:
1.See Real-Time Use List in Google Sheet
2.Export UserList as CSV file
3.Send Messages to all airdrop members
4.Pause/Unpause the AirDrop
5.Enable/Disable Welcome Messages
6.Balance check on token referral for all users
