Need assistance fixing SetTaxFee function for BEP20 contract that is deployed and needs fixing.

Looking for a Developer who can look into a developers code thats not working as expected .
I need reflections and Tax per sale of token but its not sending any reflections to the addressed associated to the coins.
So need help with TAX and Reflections as not working on coin.
So Tofix :
Tax 3% (SetTaxFee) at sale
nice to have --Reflection( coin fractions back to coin holders) 3%
Please only bid for fixed and delivered price as this is now the 3rd Freelancer I am going to use...
