[NFTs game] Professional Indie Game developer looking for Long-term Business Relationship with 'NFT Specialist'

We've been creating games since 2018, as Indie game developers, in our business, Thank god, today many customers asks us for very specific NFT videogames: From 3D Dragon fights, to card games, NFT for car games, Board games, with specific prizing, etc. We're experts at creating games, but not so much speaking smart contracts so we're looking for partners.
We are looking for an active and energetic NFT specialist, aiming to make money. We don't work by salary because its too boring, non specific, and not enought exciting, we believe by giving out percentage of the overall project from (15% to 35%) is more attractive, we don't have specific work hours, but we work by milestones set for a specific date.

Many customers, have the money in hand, but since they can't see a demo, they're are afraid to put their money in. Remember, they want a FAST project, but the COST is HIGH, so they need to GAIN the TRUST FIRST.
We will develop a really simple NFT game, with a simple BREED, and some traits, just to SHOW the customer, that we have what it takes.
We'll will handle the development of the game, 3D models, arts, music, gameplay, scriptwriting, and you'll will help us not only to create the smart contract, but everything related to this ecosystem. You can use scripts, tools you need to create this contracts I really don't care, I just need quick deployment, but first, we need to meet, talk about what's next.
There is a ton of customers flowing out there, of customers asking for these games, and I need a serious partner who can help us make more money with their knowledge.
