NFT 360⁰ imersive project

Hi guys, im looking to hire a solidity dev with experience in the NFT space.
The NFT project is no ordinary one, we want to make a 360⁰ NFTs collection with mouse tracking on OpenSea (its possible) so the NFT should be a JavaScript.
We want to launch the collection with a Dutch Auction with timer to be able to make another Bid (after 2 hours from the first bid, the investor should be able to make another bid).
I dont think it is an easy job, but in case of success, I'll pay you very very well.
