Fixed Swap Auction Contract and Dapp

Hello,
I want to receive fixed swap auction dapp and contract (like bounce finance v1) which contains below specs;
Project will be working on avax-c chain so we will be using evm and solidity.
Pool Launch Page
- Token1(Input) : token contract address
- Token2 (Input) : ETH, USDT, USDC, WBTC or any defined contract via Admin. Will be selected via dropdown menu
- Swap Ratio
- Total Allocation (per Token2)
- Maximum Allocation: Radio select(No limit - Token2) If no limit is not selected, there will be input form for defining max allocation per wallet.
- Participant: Radio Select (X Token Holders - Public - Private)
If private is selected, password form will be opened.
If X token holders is selected, only x token holders will be able to swap.
- Pool Name
- Pool Running Time

When the pool launched, factory contract will create a swap contract for the pool and tokens will be transferred to the pool. And users will be able to swap tokens but only one way and token2 will be transferred directly to the creator address. In this way, we will create simple ico pool.
There will be basic search and listing page to find pools.
