Finalize DEX with React/Web3

Job ID: 39835939

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

I’m midway through building a decentralized exchange and need an experienced Web3 engineer to take it from “running locally” to “ready for public testnet.” The project is firmly in the development phase; what remains is finishing the Solidity contracts, wiring them to the React front end, and standing up the backend and database layer.

The current codebase includes a Next.js interface, partially written Solidity contracts (Hardhat), and a bare Node/Express server. Some documentation and API stubs are already in place, so you’ll have a clear starting point without being boxed in.

Here’s what I still need:
• Solidity work: complete the trading, liquidity-pool, and fee-accounting modules, then add thorough Hardhat/Chai tests.
• Front-end integration: connect every contract function to the React UI via ethers.js, ensuring swaps, liquidity actions, and approvals flow smoothly in MetaMask.
• Backend & data: spin up a lightweight Node service plus a database (I’m leaning toward PostgreSQL, but open) that exposes pool, volume, and historical-chart endpoints consumed by the UI.

Acceptance is simple: contracts must deploy and pass ≥90 % test coverage; the interface must execute a live swap on Goerli or Sepolia with no console errors; the backend must return the required JSON for charts and stats; and the repo must include a README that lets another dev reproduce the setup with yarn and hardhat commands.

If you’ve shipped DEX, AMM, or similar Web3 products before—and can jump in right away—let’s talk.
