TG-20 FUNC Smart Contract Development

I'm in need of an experienced blockchain developer to create a FunC smart contract for the TON blockchain.
Key Requirements:
- The smart contract's main functions will be to:
- Create a TG-20 FUNC token.
- Implement a 5% tax fee on all transactions ( buy / sell ) from DEX and collected to one specific wallet address.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Solidity is a must.
- Prior experience in developing smart contracts for the TON blockchain.
- Previous work with token creation and tax fee implementation.
- Understanding of ERC-20 token standards would be beneficial.
