Expert Solidity Contract Development
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need an experienced Solidity engineer to take full ownership of our smart-contract layer—from initial design through main-net deployment. Your day-to-day work will include writing clean, upgradeable contracts, setting up automated test suites, running security checks with tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, Slither or MythX, and fine-tuning gas usage so our users pay as little as possible.
You will collaborate directly with our front-end team; once a contract is ready, you’ll expose ABI endpoints, write simple integration docs and jump on a quick call if something breaks in staging. Expect regular code reviews on GitHub, coverage reports in CI, and at least one external audit before we push to production.
What I’m looking for
• Proven track record of shipping contracts on Ethereum or any other EVM chain.
• Fluency with ERC-20/721 standards, proxy patterns, and OpenZeppelin libraries.
• An eye for security: re-entrancy, overflow/underflow, access control, oracle manipulation, the works.
• Ability to translate product specs into modular, well-commented code and anticipate edge cases early.
• Clear, timely communication—please share progress updates and raise blockers quickly.
Deliverables
1. Complete set of Solidity contracts, committed to our repo with passing unit & integration tests.
2. Deployment scripts (Hardhat or Foundry) plus a step-by-step README.
3. Gas-cost report with suggested optimisations.
4. Post-deployment monitoring plan and hand-off notes.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, send over links to two or three contracts you’ve written that are live on chain (block explorer address is fine) along with a short note on what part of the stack you handled. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
