Experience developer for Smart contract creation and Web3 voting website.

We are looking for an experience blockchain developer (to create a smart contract token) and also web3/ website. Please only give offer when you can show another similar projects you done before. Please also give names or links of projects done by you.
Polygon is preferred as we want to assure the gas fees will be low.
Th website can be simple or copied from other project you worked on, but we need to allow to:
1. Users to connect with wallet and take votes when they hold our coin (for example on the next project)
2. In the future possibility to potentially mint NFTs
For the coin itself we will need to use in the future as described below:
3. In the future want to have possibility to add reflection similar to what Safe Moon has transactions are charged a fee that gets distributed among holders of the token (and also some addresses can be excluded). Reflection will be for now set to 0
4. Smart contract needs to have good code meeting best practice and get audit at CERTIK and TECHRAT, and also contract should be free from all copyrights issue.
5. We will need to take snapshot of all address quite often (every 1-2 months) to check the balance of tokens for drops. We will also sometime check for how long thee token was held so it will be nice that easy solution is provided for this during development.
6. We are considering possibility to block or stake coins by users in the future, so preferably the contract should be prepared for this.
7. Liquidity pool will be locked for a defined time or permanently
