Enhance DAO Social Web3 Platform
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We already have a Next.js + Node.js DAO platform with basic social functionality. We focus on deepening its Web3 layer while tightening the overall full-stack flow.
Core enhancements I need right now
• Wallet integration built with web3.js (I’m happy to hear a case for ethers.js or wagmi if that unlocks clear advantages)
• On-chain token management so members can mint, hold, and transfer the project’s ERC-20/721 assets seamlessly from the UI
• Decentralized voting tied to those tokens, with results written to smart contracts in Solidity and surfaced in real time in the React front end
The codebase is clean, TypeScript-first, and you’ll be working directly in a mono-repo alongside my existing components and tests. Smart contracts are already partially written; they need refinement, gas optimisation, and comprehensive test coverage before being redeployed.
What a successful delivery looks like
1. Updated contracts compiled and deployed to the testnet of your choice, passing hardhat/Foundry test suites.
2. Next.js pages and API routes wired to those contracts through the new wallet connector, with clear error handling.
3. Front-end voting & token screens that match the current design system (Tailwind CSS).
4. A concise README explaining setup, env vars, and deployment steps.
