Develop smartcontracts for token and fundraising on cardano

We are a startup that will do fundraising on the cardano blockchain for projects. What we want from you is to create 3 smartcontracts either in haskell or solidity. If you code in solidity you do need knowledge of KEVM and how it works, because we want you to consult on how it works. You will deliver 4 things:

1.Smartcontract code for the token
2. Smartcontract code for Private sales
3. Smartcontract code for 'first come first serve' type of sales
4. Documentation about how to launch the smartcontract on cardano mainnet or sidechain using KEVM
